Introductory Seminar

Seminars consist of one or more of the following sessions. Each session lasts about 1 hour. PowerPoint presentations utilizing a computer projector are included in each session.

Improper money management can lead to major problems such as divorce, bankruptcy and even suicide. Symptoms of these financial problems are shown with cartoons which are humorous but very thought provoking.

Money - An Important Biblical Subject

Blessings will be on those who make God their partner in tithes and offerings. The Bible also gives instruction on many other topics such as priorities, contentment, covetousness, greediness, honesty, diligence, laziness, cosigning, wasting, and saving.

Goal Setting and Budgeting

Financial success is rarely achieved without planning. Failing to plan is planning to fail. Instruction is given on how to implement a spending plan that works.

Practical Suggestions

Getting out of debt and staying out is part of wise money management. Ways to stretch your dollars are presented because in order to reach your financial goals you must spend less than you earn for a long period of time. Time is spent discussing the question whether it is worth it for a mother of young children to work outside the home.
