the Author

Arlo
Moehlenpah is qualified both by education and
experience to write this book, Creation versus
Evolution: Scientific and Religious Considerations.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from
Washington University in 1957, a Master of Science
degree from the University of Minnesota in 1960, and
a Doctor of Science degree from Washington
University in 1970. These degrees were in Chemical
Engineering with an emphasis in physical science. He
also graduated from Apostolic Bible Institute with a
Bachelor’s degree in Apostolic Studies.

Dr.
Moehlenpah taught chemistry at Macalester College,
Wisconsin State University and San Joaquin Delta
College and has industrial experience with a number
of companies including Shell Oil, Rohm & Haas,
Monsanto, and Hydro-Air Engineering. He has been a
registered professional engineer since 1972.
His
ministerial experience includes starting a church in
Stevens Point, Wisconsin and pastoring a church in
High Wycombe, England. He taught and served in
various administrative positions at Gateway College
of Evangelism, Conquerors Bible College and
Christian Life College. Among the many courses that
he taught was a geology course in which many of the
Creation versus evolution concepts were discussed.
