It’s a good life living for the Lord.It has been three years since I was diagnosed with prostate cancer and I am still rejoicing about the healing power of Jesus. I have my testimony posted at www.DoingGood.org

On August 10 I installed a web statistics program. Since that time there have been visitors from 100 countries. Although I mainly speak on Creation versus Evolution It is interesting that the Bible Quizzes and Bible Courses are the pages most frequently visited. Please encourage those that you influence to participate in one of the Bible reading schedules that I have on the site. January 1 would be a great time to start. You can read and listen to the scriptures simultaneously. Also, there are many study questions and quizzes.

2005 has been another busy year crisscrossing the country to speak in churches in California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Missouri, Minnesota, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Wisconsin. Jane and I conducted Teacher Training seminars for the Connecticut and North Carolina districts, and for some churches in Nevada and California. During those trips I spoke at Christian schools, a men’s breakfast, Steadfast conferences, and secular universities. I taught two weeks at Apostolic Bible Institute in Minnesota, and eleven Monday nights at the Christian Service Training Institute in Chula Vista. For more details see my itinerary. I also took a trip to Melun, France and spoke at the Centre Evangélique Le Rocher and conducted a seminar at Institut Biblique Francais (pictured).

In March Sam, Kerri, Joshlyn and Jane and I enjoyed a visit with Jim and Donna Hogue in Truckee, California and I got to ski for the first time in years. Later that month my brother Donn and his wife Joy came for a visit to San Diego. In May we attended the Western District conference in San Jose and got in a short visit with Ed and his family. From there we traveled to the 50th reunion of Jane’s high school graduating class in Bemis, Tennessee. We got to visit with some people she hadn’t seen since graduation. In September we went to the general conference in Richmond, Virginia and did some sightseeing at Monticello, Colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown. We again visited Ed and family at Thanksgiving. All the family will be with us in San Diego at Christmas. They plan to ride dirt bikes and quads in the desert during their visit.

Our children are doing well. After contract programming for several years Ed accepted a full time job at Sun Microsystems in San Jose. His wife, Lina is doing some part-time work for a contracting firm. Glenda’s business, Financial Bridges www.FinancialBridges.com, is gaining new clients for both financial planning and tax preparation. She moved to a new office in the same suite as Family Consultation Service where Sam and Kerri do much of their consulting. Kerri became a licensed MFT this summer. They are excited to be working together as cotherapists with couples and families. Their new website is www.ChristianCotherapy.com.

We want to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Blessed New Year and would love to hear from you.
